Everyone who can speak can learn how to sing! So if you are interested in developing your voice, why not give it a go?

I offer professional singing tuition on all levels, from beginners to advanced.

No matter if it is Opera, Musical Theatre, Pop, Folk or another musical style that you are interested in - I am qualified and experienced in performing and teaching different styles from classical to contemporary. As a Musicians' Union member, I am also fully insured for public liability and Disclosure Scotland checked.

Depending on your interests, goals and experience, you will work on:

 

Posture Breathing Sound (range, vocal tone, resonance, blending of the registers and the right mix for your preferred musical style) Language (English, German, French & Italian, diction and pronunciation) Repertoire and interpretation Musicianship (aural training, sight-singing and music theory) Performance training (stage presence, preparation for auditions and exams, handling of stage fright and performance anxiety)

I also offer vocal workshops for choirs, musical theatre groups & bands.

One-to-one-lessons take place in Dumbarton, Scotland. Lessons and workshops at your chosen venue can also be arranged if you are a group, choir or band.

I usually teach Monday to Friday from 12 to 8pm. Additional lesson times for vocal workshops can be arranged by mutual agreement.
